    Description

    Fancy Bijou 'Faux Book' Leather Photo Case with Ambrotype of two young women and a boy (siblings?).
    Beautiful leather Bijou case is made to look like a book, with floral design on front and back covers, "Bijou" on spine, gilt sides ("page edges"),
    working latch, ornate brass mat (oval mat opening is 2" x 2 1/2").  Case
    measures 3 7/8" x 3 1/2" x 3/4", holds 2 3/4" x 3 1/2" image and is in very good condition with slight wear, slight loss to gilt on "page" edges.  Ambrotype is crisp and also in very good condition.  Please see photos.  Thank you!
