    Antique 19th century, c1850s, ninth plate ambrotype photograph.  Depicts a portrait of a handsome gentleman in period suit and tie.  Protected behind glass in a brass mat and preserver and full case.
    In Good overall condition.  Clean image with gentle wear signs of solarization.  Half case shows moderate rubbing and wear and is split at the hinge.
    Measures 2” x 2 1/2”.  Case measures 3” x 2 1/2” x 3/4” thick.
